Individual Services

Individual Supervision

Individual supervision services are appropriate for continuing education, to progress toward either your RP or independent practice designation within the CRPO, or to seek consultation about a particular situation that you believe may warrant external clinical supervision.

Dyadic Supervision

Dyadic supervision opportunities are offered specifically for qualifying psychotherapists who are working towards achieving their RP designation. Dyadic supervision consists of 1.5 hour weekly sessions (online or in person can be accommodated) with a focus on developing solid foundational psychotherapy skills.

It is recommended that if you are considering dyadic supervision, to look for a supervision partner that is either working with the same population of interest (i.e. Youth) or a partner that is interested in similar treatment modalities (i.e. Narrative Therapy, CBT). Dyadic supervision can be used to meet the supervision requirements of the CRPO (see note below).

Please Note:

If you require a supervisor who can complete attestation forms for the College of Registered Psychotherapists, please be advised that, to do so, Anita Pal will require access to clinical files and client names. You should also expect to provide at least one sample of your clinical work (video or audio recordings) and proof of clinical hours as part of the supervision process.

Group Services

Group Supervision

We are currently accepting applicants for our supervision group. Supervision groups are capped at a maximum of eight participants to allow for more intimate and equitable opportunities for participation.

Our supervision groups focus on individualized professional growth objectives, solid strategies to meet these objectives, developing supportive peer supervision skills, and providing access to the unique resources that come from group supervision experience. This group is particularly helpful if you are entertaining or already working in a private practice setting. All participants are provided with a copy of their attendance record, signed by Anita Pal (Registered Psychotherapist and qualified clinical supervisor).

Schedule

Online Group supervision is offered bi-weekly as a two-hour session and takes place on Thursday afternoons from 1:30 to 3:30 pm. Group supervision is offered as an open group with rolling registration, as space is available. Group supervision is offered from October 1st to June 30th.
